Kings of Pastry

This was an interesting documentary about the tough competition in France where pastry chefs compete for the title of M.O.F. (which basically means the best craftsmen in France). It was so cool to see the hard work that goes into creating various desserts such as lollipops and extravagant sugar sculptures. It was also interesting to see how much goes into not only competing in this competition, but also the huge amount of practice these chefs put into preparing for the M.O.F. competition as well. Overall, it was an intriguing documentary to watch and I would recommend it to anyone who is interesting in documentaries and anyone who is interesting in learning about the world of pastry and desserts.

First Position

I just finished this documentary and I really enjoyed it. It's about ballet dancers of various ages and nationalities that compete for the opportunity to become professional dancers. It was so interesting to learn of the commitment and the sacrifices that are made to become a top notch ballet dancer. I saw the end of this documentary on television and was so interested in it, that I looked it up on Netflix and watched the entire thing. I would really recommend it to anyone who is interested in the world of dance as well as anyone who is looking for a really interesting documentary.
